Commitment

• By submitting your First Payment, you are reserving your place in the Complete Neuro Reconditioning Program..
  

Payment & Course Access

• Once your first full payment (beyond the deposit) is processed, you will receive access to the entire digital course curriculum.
  
• Access is granted only while your payment plan remains in good standing.
  

Failure to Complete Payments or Cancellation

• If you fail to make a scheduled payment or cancel your participation:
  
• All access to program materials—including the digital course content and Zoom Mentorship Labs—will be immediately suspended.
  
• Fees already paid are subject to forfeiture as follows:
  
• If you have completed less than 50% of the course, you forfeit 50% of all fees paid to date.
  
• If you have completed 50% or more of the course, you forfeit all fees paid to date.
  
• In both cases, you lose any right to continued access or future participation.
  

Refunds & Transfers

• Once digital course content has been accessed, no refunds are available.
  
• Cancellation after course access is treated under the policy as payment default (outlined above).
  
• Access to course materials and Zoom Labs is non-transferable.
  

Lifetime Access

• Upon completion of the full payment plan, you will retain lifetime access to the digital course content, provided High Performance Consultants Inc. remains a solvent and operational business entity.
  

Zoom Labs

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule live Zoom Labs due to unforeseen circumstances.
  
• If a live Lab cannot be delivered as scheduled, a recorded or rescheduled substitute will be provided.
  
• If you cannot attend a live Lab, you will still have access to the recording or an equivalent substitute.
  

In-Person Training Event

• As a component of the program, High Performance Consultants Inc. offers a one-time, three-day in-person training event at a location and date of its choosing.
  
• The date of this event will be announced at the initiation of the program, but final confirmation will not be provided until two months before the scheduled event dates.
  
• High Performance Consultants Inc. reserves the right to change the event date and/or location due to unforeseen circumstances.
  
• Participants are strongly advised to make travel arrangements that are flexible and refundable to avoid unnecessary costs should changes occur.
  
• High Performance Consultants Inc. assumes no responsibility for expenses related to cancellations or changes in participants’ personal travel arrangements.
  
• In the event of a cancellation, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule and deliver the same curriculum at no additional charge.
  

Intellectual Property

• All course content—including videos, written materials, and downloadable resources—remains the intellectual property of High Performance Consultants Inc.
  
• Content may not be shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

• High Performance Consultants Inc. accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the program or application of its content.
