Access and Use
By registering in the Mastermind of Neuro Reconditioning program, you will receive immediate access to the Mastermind content library and live sessions. Access is conditional on maintaining an active membership, meaning your monthly subscription payments must remain current. Your access will continue for as long as you remain a paying member and High Performance Consultants Inc. remains an active and operational business entity.

Access to Mastermind materials is personal and non-transferable. Membership accounts may not be shared, sold, or assigned to another party.

Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
Membership in the Mastermind is billed on a monthly, recurring basis using the payment method provided at registration.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice via email. Your membership will remain active through the end of the next billing cycle following the 30-day notice period.
  
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Refunds, partial or otherwise, will not be provided for unused membership time, missed sessions, or early cancellations.
  
• Non-payment: If your payment method fails and is not updated within 7 days, your access to the Mastermind materials and community may be suspended or terminated.
  

Intellectual Property
All Mastermind content—including videos, written materials, graphics, downloadable resources, and recorded sessions—remains the sole intellectual property of High Performance Consultants Inc. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or otherwise shared without prior written consent from High Performance Consultants Inc.

Educational Purpose and Disclaimer
The Mastermind of Neuro Reconditioning program is provided solely for educational purposes. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and participation in the program does not establish a healthcare provider–patient relationship.

Limitation of Liability
High Performance Consultants Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage resulting from your participation in the Mastermind or the application of its content. You assume full responsibility for your use of the materials and for any outcomes resulting from their application.
