Charlotte Vallières Villeneuve

Credentials: Masters in PT, Sports Physiotherapy Diploma
Professional Title: Physiotherapist
Practice Location: Quebec City, Quebec, Canada

Charlotte Vallières Villeneuve has been involved in sport from an early age, competing at a high level in both volleyball and rugby. This athletic background naturally led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy, with a strong desire to work closely with athletes.

She began her professional career in 2012, working as a physiotherapist with the varsity teams at Laval University (Rouge et Or). A few years into practice, Charlotte was introduced to Reconditioning, an approach that fundamentally shaped how she learned and practiced physiotherapy. Since 2014, she has completed every offering available through ReconditioningHQ, a journey that has deeply influenced the clinician she is today.

Since 2019, Charlotte has practiced in a private clinic at PCN Ste-Foy in Quebec City, while also covering a wide range of sporting events. Most recently, she worked with the Women’s National Team at the FIFA Futsal World Cup.

Today, Charlotte integrates Reconditioning principles with manual therapy to support a diverse clientele—including non-athletes, weekend warriors, and athletes of all ages. She aspires to continue sharing and teaching this approach, expanding its impact well into the future.

If you want this tightened further for a website bio, speaker profile, or practitioner directory, I can refine it to fit perfectly.
