Brooke Jensen brings over 20 years of experience in sport and musculoskeletal medicine as an Athletic Therapist. She is a University of Alberta Varsity Therapist alumna, having worked with the Pandas Basketball and Pandas Hockey programs, and is an active member of the Canadian Pro Rodeo Sport Medicine Team.
Brooke has been—and continues to be—part of a multi-disciplinary sport and musculoskeletal medicine clinic, collaborating closely with physiatrists and sport medicine physicians. Her clinical expertise includes extensive experience supporting individuals with longstanding concerns, including chronic pain and chronic movement limitations.
Her approach centers on understanding why a person is experiencing difficulty or limitation and how their relationship to movement and movement strategies may be contributing to these challenges. With this insight, Brooke focuses on helping clients improve their movement strategies, empowering them to move with confidence and fully engage in life and their pursuits.
She embraces the Neuro Reconditioning approach, remains actively connected to the community, and continues to engage in ongoing professional education. Brooke has completed the Neuro Reconditioning Complete Program, further strengthening her commitment to thoughtful, integrative care.
