Commitment

• By submitting your registration payment, you are reserving your place in The Complete Reconditioning Experience, January 2027 cohort.
• Your registration payment consists of a $300 non-refundable deposit plus your first monthly instalment, both taken at the time of registration. The deposit counts toward your program total.
• Your remaining instalments will be charged monthly according to the payment plan shown on your receipt.

Course Access

• On registration, you receive immediate access to the opening modules of the digital curriculum: Start with the 'Why?', Getting Started — Course Orientation Information, The Brain Is The Governing System of the Body, and The Neuro Reconditioning Rubric.
• On December 15, 2026, the remainder of the digital curriculum is released, including all nine Rubric Question modules, the Complete Library of Assessments, Exercises and Drills, the Full Case Study, the Research Space and the Course Support Materials.
• From January 4 to April 25, 2027, you attend the live weekly mentorship sessions.
• Access is granted and maintained only while your payment plan remains in good standing.

Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel, notify us in writing at [email protected]. The date we receive your notice is the date that governs.

• On or before December 1, 2026 — all payments you have made are refunded to you, less the $300 non-refundable deposit.
• December 2 to December 14, 2026 — 50% of payments made is refunded to you, less the $300 non-refundable deposit.
• From December 15, 2026 — the full digital curriculum is released on this date, and no cash refund is available from it onward. You may instead request a credit for the amount you have paid, less the $300 deposit, to be applied to a future cohort of The Complete Reconditioning Experience. Credits are valid for twelve months and must be requested before the program begins.
• From January 4, 2027, when the program begins — no refund, credit or transfer is available, and no part of your fee is refundable for any reason, including withdrawal at any point during the program.
• Once refunded, your access to all program materials ends and your place in the cohort is released.

Failure to Complete Payments

• If a scheduled payment fails and is not resolved within [7] days of our notifying you, we may terminate this agreement.
• On termination for non-payment: all access to program materials — the digital curriculum, the live mentorship sessions, and the in-person Live Experience — ends immediately, and all fees paid to date are forfeited. No further instalments will be charged, and you lose any right to continued access or future participation.
• Before December 1, 2026, a failed payment that you choose not to resolve will be treated as a cancellation under the Cancellation and Refunds section above, and refunded on those terms.

Transfers

• Your place in the cohort, your course access and your Live Experience registration are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared or assigned to another person.
• (Optional addition — see note 2: Before January 4, 2027, you may make a one-time transfer of your place to another practitioner, subject to our written approval. The incoming participant assumes the remaining payment plan. After the program begins, no transfer is available.)

Lifetime Access

• On completion of your full payment plan, you retain lifetime access to the digital course content, provided High Performance Consultants Inc. remains a solvent and operational business entity.

Live Mentorship Sessions

• Live sessions run Mondays and Thursdays, 7:00–8:00 PM ET, from January 4 to April 25, 2027 — fourteen sessions across sixteen weeks, with scheduled breaks the weeks of February 22 and March 1, 2027.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a live session due to unforeseen circumstances. If a session cannot be delivered as scheduled, a recording or a rescheduled substitute will be provided.
• If you cannot attend a live session, you will still have access to the recording or an equivalent substitute.

In-Person Live Reconditioning Experience

• As a component of the program, High Performance Consultants Inc. hosts a two-day in-person Live Reconditioning Experience, scheduled for May 1–2, 2027 in Montreal, Quebec.
• Your registration for this event is included in your program fee. Travel, accommodation, meals and personal expenses are your own responsibility.
• Attendance is strongly encouraged but is not mandatory, and non-attendance does not reduce your program fee or entitle you to a refund or credit.
• High Performance Consultants Inc. reserves the right to change the date and/or location due to unforeseen circumstances. Final confirmation of date and location will be provided no later than two months before the event.
• Participants are strongly advised to make travel arrangements that are flexible and refundable. High Performance Consultants Inc. assumes no responsibility for expenses arising from cancellation or change to the event, or from changes to participants' personal travel arrangements.
• If the event is cancelled, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule and deliver the same curriculum at no additional charge.

Intellectual Property

• All course content — including videos, written materials, and downloadable resources — remains the intellectual property of High Performance Consultants Inc.
• Content may not be shared, copied, reproduced, recorded or distributed without prior written consent.
