Hosting Requirements

Location

  • Open space such as a clinic, gym, or training facility

  • Capacity for 15–40 participants

  • Recommended minimum of 1,000 sq. ft.

Timing

  • 2 consecutive days

    • Day 1: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Day 2: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Dates coordinated between host and ReconditioningHQ team

Hosting Options

Option A: Open Enrollment Event

You provide the space—we handle the rest.

  • No upfront speaker fees

  • Host covers lodging for Reconditioning staff only

  • ReconditioningHQ covers remaining travel expenses

  • We manage registration, payments, and event setup

Participant Investment:
$1,100 CAD (exchange rates apply)
