Andrew Eaton is a strength and movement coach with more than three decades of experience helping people reduce pain, restore movement, and build resilient, confident bodies. His approach blends traditional strength and conditioning with applied neurology, addressing how the nervous system influences balance, breathing, posture, coordination, gait, and overall performance.

Andrew works with adults of all ages, with a special focus on individuals 50+ managing chronic pain, mobility limitations, and movement insecurity, as well as athletes returning to sport and youth developing strong movement foundations. His services include neurological reconditioning, movement assessment, sensory integration, strength training, rehabilitation and reconditioning, gait analysis, and performance development.

By identifying sources of nervous system threat and applying targeted corrective strategies, Andrew helps clients move more freely, build strength safely, and regain trust in their bodies.

He is the founder of Integrated NeuroMechanics and the NeuroIntegration Lab, where he also educates coaches in practical applied neurology.

Andrew remains deeply committed to professional growth through the Complete Reconditioning Program, and served as an instructor with the Next Level Neuro Mentorship.
